3.0 BRANCH: new RTL checking failure on i686-pc-linux-gnu

I'm getting a new RTL checking failure on i686-pc-linux-gnu when
bootstrapping the 3.0 branch checked out last night 4/5:

My last attempt checked out late on 4/2 worked.
