  at the bottom of the page:

	Old releases can be found on the ftp server gcc@gcc.gnu.org 
  looks like an email and in fact is:

	ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/releases/ >gcc.gnu.org:/pub/gcc/releases.<hr><address><a href= !?!?

Download EGCS 1.1.2 from go.cygnus.com (USA California - High speed link provided by Stanford)
  no such file or directory
