When trying to compile the File MessageCatalog.class in the JAXP package
(Sun's XML parser classes) I get:
[root@sulphur]:/usr/local/jaxp/classes/com/sun/xml/util# gcj -classpath
/usr/local/jdk/classes -c MessageCatalog.class
com/sun/xml/util/MessageCatalog.java:215: Internal compiler error in
`make_class_data', at ../gcc/java/class.c:1162
Please submit a full bug report.
See <URL: http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/faq.html#bugreport > for
instructions.
My setup is Slackware Linux 7.0 (glibc 2.1.3) on a i686 box. I have
attached both the .class and .java.
The ./configure had no relevant parameters, though libgcj was compiled
with --enable-threads=none.
Thanks,
Andrew Hill
