missing defines in spec file

$ gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/freeware/lib/gcc-lib/mips-sgi-irix6.2/2.95.2/specs
gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)

In the cpp part of the spec file, there are arguments for .cc files, .cxx
files, .C files, a whole bunch of other files, but not .cpp files.

If it hasn't been done already, adding "%{.cpp: -D__LANGUAGE_C_PLUS_PLUS
-D_LANGUAGE_C_PLUS_PLUS}" to the cpp section of the the spec file would
make compiling kde much less of a headache for me.
