HPUX11.0 G++ 2.95.2 compile problems

Dear GCC-Team,

I hope you find some time to help me in the following problem.

I am trying to compile the following code on a HPUX 11 D class machine.
I get messags about "size_t". I am using the same release of G++ on a
HPUX10.20
machine without any problems. Maybe I should use some other options for
configure
or during compilation - or it is a bug?
