sparc-sun-solaris2.8 missing __builtin_va_arg_*

Following-up my own post:

Lest the 'unified' filepath confuse anyone, yes, the unified tree that
I build is in fact using the libiberty from GCC, not binutils or gdb.
Also, the same error occurs when not using a unified tree.

I'm surprised this hasn't shown up on other platforms.
