GCC-SH: internal compiler error

When compiling imdecode.i from stress-1.16 with the options:

-O2 -m4-single-only -ml -mhitachi

...the following error occurs:

./imdecode.i: In function `ReadPCXImage':
./imdecode.i:38512: Internal error: Segmentation fault.
   Please submit a full bug report.

The file imdecode.i is included in the latest version of stress at:
