libstdc++-v3 fails to build

So it's not just armv4l that has this problem, nice to know.  My build
went find on for i386 GNU/Linux, but failed on armv4l GNU/Linux.  (Both
builds use the same tar file for their builds.

On my machine bits/c++config.h ends up in (broken over two line.)
obj-gcc-20001115/armv4l-unknown-linux-gnu/\
soft-float/libstdc++-v3/include/bits/c++config.h
