hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.00: standard headers are not installed

Oh man!

After so many months I really was able to bootstrap
that egcs cvs tree on my BJ7000!
(only needed to insert 1 line in gcc.c)

Thanks alot for all Your efforts.

Imagine how disappointed I was when I recognized
the standard headers were not installed :-(

Did I miss some new feature?
I made a gmake bootstrap; gmake all; gmake install;

> g++ HelloWorld.C
