libstdc++-v3 script mkcheck doesn't run on irix6.5

The libstdc++-v3 script mkcheck doesn't run on irix 6.5 as:
 o  it uses bash
 o  it uses "grep -w"

Work around:
 o install bash
 o edit script and remove the -w option from grep
