patch for libf2c's use of gcc's internal headers. (part 1 of 3)

The number of g77 testsuite failures for mips-sgi-irix6.5/-mabi=64 has
decreased significantly between 20000515 and 20000530.  I assume this is due
to your recent patches.  Thanks.
