Thanks for your bug report. It would help if you'd include the exact
error message, so that people like me without ready access to an ia64
system can tell whether it is likely a target specific problem or not.

In case you haven't done so, I recommend looking at the "Reporting
Bugs" section of the GCC manual - I found it interesting to read when
I saw it the first time.
