IRIX64 6.5, gcc 2.95.1: weird inet_ntoa() behaviour

Feel free to give us an example of one, tell us where to put it, and
ask us to put it in fix inlcudes, and we will.  If you don't do this,
well, it is liable to remain unfixed.
