ICE in verify_local_live_at_start

Sometime in the last two weeks somebody introduced a problem which
makes the build of Mozilla fail (interestingly a problem with C code,
not C++).

I've uploaded the test sources to

	http://www.cygnus.com/~drepper/jsinterp.i.gz

It's fairly bit since I haven't reduced the test case (it's an ICE and
therefore easy to locate).

The message I got is

This is with the mainline gcc from 2000-05-23T13:00:00-0700 on x86.
