The limit is there precisely to make sure users compress their source
code before posting. The message will be delivered to a large number
of subscribers, some of which may have to pay a measurable amount of
money when receiving large messages.

While the previous limit of 100000 bytes was insufficient even for
compressed C++ processor output, we haven't run into cases were users
couldn't compressed post source because of the new limit.
