Revisit to Threads and Exceptions

Thanks for your bug report. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce it on my
single-processor system (gcc 2.95.2, glibc 2.1.3, Linux 2.3.99), when
running each thread for three minutes. I recommend that you run the
program in a debugger, and analyse in more detail why it crashes.
