Internal compiler error 390 - gcc 2.95.2 - SunOS

Hello,
I've found an "Internal compiler error 390" ...
gcc 2.95.2
System: Sun Ultra5, SunOS 5.6
(output from uname -a: SunOS neith.ethz.ch 5.6 Generic_105181-16 sun4u sparc 
SUNW,Ultra-5_10)

Command used:
gcc -v --save-temps -I/usr/pack/blitz-0.4a0903-pg/blitz-1
9980903/egcs -L/usr/pack/blitz-0.4a0903-pg/blitz-19980903/egcs/lib -c OLEDsimstr
.cpp -lm -lblitz

I tried to send the .ii file but the mailserver refuses the message (even 
bzipped is bigger than 100000 Bytes). Please tell me where to send the full bug 
report or upload the file.


I tried to compile the same code with KCC and everything ran fine, so it's a gcc 
problem.

Can someone suggest a workaround ?
