egcs-20000508 snapshot isn't there

The ftp://egcs.cygnus.com/pub/egcs/snapshots/2000-05-08 contains a few
zero-length files, others which to my untrained eye look truncated (too
short for what I remember), and patches from 20000501 are nowhere to be
seen.
