Internal compiler error in `expand_expr', at expr.c:5750

I got this message about internal error while compiling with g++.

Version is 2.95.2
System is SunOS 5.5

options:  g++ -c -fPIC -I. -I./include -D__USE_MALLOC
-I/usr/devtools/include -I/usr/openwin/include
-I/home/weaver/work/src/include -I/home/weaver/work/include
-I/home/cadmos/ref/src/include -I/home/cadmos/ref/include
-Dsparc_solaris -g   bexpr.cxx -o sparc-solaris/bexpr.o

I have attached the preprocesed output file (bexpr.ii.gz).
