Installation problem in GCC (AIX)

AIX 4.2.1.0, GCC 2.95.2, IBM RS6000/43P

Apologies if I am sending this message to the wrong address.

I have discovered a problem in the building of libstdc++ (shared
library) on AIX 4.2.1.  There are unresolved externals when running
any program linked with this lib (using the run time linker).
To fix the problem I changed the Makefile for libstdc++
(./powerpc-ibm-aix4.2.1.0/libstdc++) as follows :-

Line 161 :-
SHDEPS = -lm

should be :-
SHDEPS = -lm -lC -lc         # Single threaded
or
SHDEPS = -lm -lC_r -lc_r     # Multi threaded

I know this Makefile is automatically generated but this mail should
have enough info to fix the problem.
