Internal compiler error in g++

Thanks for your bug report. The mainline compiler (2.96 20000624
(experimental)) reports

a.cc:16: no match for call to `(not_equal_to<_Tp>) (int)'

so the bug appears to be fixed. I assume you wanted to use bind1st
somewhere...
