installed programs missing target prefix

Built CVS-latest egcs, head branch, and installed.  The following is an
'ls' of the installed $prefix/bin directory.  It seems like g77, gcj,
and the other compilers should have i686-pc-linux prefixes, just like
gcc and g++.
