Error 19970302

I've discovered what appears to be a bug in gcc.  I have been receiving
error messages of the form

test.cpp:8: Internal compiler error 19970302.
test.cpp:8: Please submit a full bug report.
test.cpp:8: See <URL: http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/faq.html#bugreport >
for instructions

I have attempted to make my source file as small as possible, while
still generating the error.  I have attached the resulting .ii file.  As
far as I can tell, every line of code is strictly necessary to generate
the error.

Some particulars about my system-
- gcc version 2.95.2
- GNU/Linux, kernel 2.2.14 (Mandrake 7.1) on i686 (Intel P2)

The command I've been using is simply "gcc -c test.cpp".  I'll be more
than happy to supply any other information you'd like.
