Hello,

Compiler version:
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-linux/2.95.2/specs
gcc version 2.95.2 20000220 (Debian GNU/Linux)

System:
Linux haplo 2.4.0-test2 #1 za jun 24 12:24:58 CEST 2000 i586 unknown

Gettext version (from Debian):
Version: 0.10.35-14

Commandline and verbose output of gcc attached, including offending
source. Gcc did generate a net.i file, but it was empty. The error occured
in line 1056 of net.c. It was a mere typo (I forgot a " at the end of a
string), but gcc reacted just like Mathematica :)
