make bootstrap of gcc-2.95.2 failed

Is this bug reproducible?  Remove collect2.o and run `make
bootstrap3'.  If this fails with the same problem, try `make
bootstrap2'.  If any of these succeed, odds are that you may have some
hardware problem that causes random failures.
