aix4.3 bootstrap fails with snapshot 20000612

I'm having trouble getting the latest snapshot (20000612) to build under
aix4.3

I'm currently trying to build the snapshot using the following commands:

$ configure --prefix=/tools_fdps2/gcc/20000612/ 
$ gmake bootstrap

I get as far as:
