ICE Error

Hello

I've run into an error (ICE) when trying to compile certain portions of
templated code.  Unfortunately, I haven't been able to determine any
similarity between the various occurances of the error.  I'm currently
running gcc 2.95.2.  One thing that makes this error extremely peculiar
is that it only shows up in a Linux port of the software, and compiles
(using gcc 2.95.2) on Solaris without any problems.  The only
non-Include options passed are "-x c++" and "-DDECLARE_TEMPLATES".
