Based on the symptoms (solaris 2.6, /usr/ucbinclude) I suspect you are
attempting to make use of the horribly broken BSD source compatibility
libraries - probably by accident.  You should try changing your PATH
so that it lists /opt/SUNWspro/bin, /usr/xpg4/bin, /usr/ccs/bin,
/usr/bin, and /usr/ucb in that order.

Line 45 of tree.def is not a directive, so I do not know what is up
with that, but the string.h/strings.h clash comes from autoconf
erroneously defining STRING_WITH_STRINGS.  If string.h exists, is
there ever a reason to include strings.h too?
