Broken .hidden support in current binutils on ia32

Which versions are you talking about? At least since HJ Lu's
2.9.5.0.41, it is supposed to work correctly. Before 2.9.5.0.20 or so,
autoconf should detect absence of the feature, so it was only
"temporarily broken".
