Results for 2.96 20000725 (experimental) testsuite on mips-sgi-irix6.2

OK.  This works for me if I do it in the gcc directory, but not when I do it
top-level directory.   Looks like RUNTESTFLAGS gets mangled when passed down
by the top Makefile.  

Now I see that

   make RUNTESTFLAGS='--target_board \"unix{,-mabi=64}\"' check

works from the top level.
