autoconf/137: g++ composititon friendship doesn't work

It's actually gnatsweb.pl that produces the default. patches to change
it are greatly appreciated, the GCC gnatsweb.pl is available via CVS
from the wwwdocs module. Please send any patches to
gcc-patches@gcc.gnu.org.
