Internal compiler error in `copy_to_mode_reg', at explow.c:669

Dear Colleagues

	While compling my fortran prg using the GNU F77 version 2.95.2
(199991024) release on a PIII machine running Red Hat Linux 6.0 linux
os (kernel 2.2.5-15) I have come across the following error

 Internal compiler error in `copy_to_mode_reg', at explow.c:669
