DTIME/ETIME problems under G77

Sir/Ma'am:

	This note is submitted to clarify some points in my last E-Mail, which
I hope you already have. The last message had attached a Makefile which
showed (correctly) a reference to a dtime_ routine which I wrote to try
to get around the improperly functioning DTIME/ETIME system routines. To
clarify that the system routines are indeed malfunctioning, I deleted my
routine, modified my Makefile, recompiled & re-executed to properly
duplicate the malfunction I reported. Attached please find the Makefile,
output from the make process (MLIST), G77 version info (VLIST), and
output from program execution showing NULL output from DTIME (LIST). I
apologize for any confusion my earlier message may have caused & look
forward to your response. Thanks in advance for your time.
