Internal compiler error on gcc-2.95.1 on HPUX 11.0 ...

Hello,

I got an internal compiler error towards the end of the make but I
commented out a section (linking.o from
./hppa1.1-hp-hpux11.00/libobjc/linking.m) and it seemed to link, and work.

I did the standard configure and make.
Here's the config.status:

#!/bin/sh
# This file was generated automatically by configure. Do not edit.
# This directory was configured as follows:
./configure --with-gcc-version-trigger=/home/jeffrey/dev/gcc-2.95.1/gcc/version.c --host=hppa1.1-hp-hpux11.00 --norecursion
# using "mh-frag"

I was making gcc-2.95.1 on HPUX 9000 D200 on HPUX 11.0
I got right down to the end of the compile and got this error message:

/home/jeffrey/dev/gcc-2.95.1/gcc/xgcc
-B/home/jeffrey/dev/gcc-2.95.1/gcc/ -B/usr/local/hpp
a1.1-hp-hpux11.00/bin/ -fgnu-runtime -c -o linking.o -I. -I. -O2
-DIN_GCC -I./objc -I./
../../gcc -I./../../gcc/config -I../../gcc -I./../../include linking.m
xgcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1obj got fatal signal 11
make: *** [linking.o] Error 1

I edited the Makefile in ./hppa1.1-hp-hpux11.00/libobjc
and commented out the linking.o and the
dependancy for linking.o and it compiled successfully.

Let me know if you'd like me to test anything for you.
