gcc bugs

I tried to compile latest version 2.95.2 on an DEC ALPHA 8400 machine
running true64 UNIX v 4.0e. No special flags were used. It went fine for
a while but aborted towards the end.

gcc -c  -DIN_GCC    -g -O2     -I. -I.. -I../../../gcc/java
-I../../../gcc/java/
.. -I../../../gcc/java/../config -I../../../gcc/java/../../include
../../../gcc/
