Internal compiler error in `output_die', at dwarf2out.c:5426

I am trying to build mozilla ( http://www.mozilla.org ) on an IRIX machine
using gcc.  In
one of the files (mozilla/htmlparser/src/nsViewSourceHTML.cpp) I am
getting the
following error.  (I have attached the entire proprocess file that I am
trying to compile).

Error:
Internal compiler error in `output_die', at dwarf2out.c:5426

gcc Version:
gcc/g++ version 2.95.2 build with the following configure options:
