A problem about building a cross GNU compiler on WIN32

Hello,folks!Recently I want to build a cross GNU
compiler on Windows NT 4.0 with Cygwin-B20.1.All stuff
includs
egcs-1.1.2,binutils-2.9.1,newlib-1.8.1,egcs-1_1_2-x86-win32-diff.zip.My
target is i386-pc-coff.I have built binutils-2.9.1
completely and its path have been added into
cygnus.bat.But when I build cross gcc with
command"./configure --verbose --target=i386-pc-coff
--prefix=/gcc-i386 --with-newlib",error always
occur.The error message is shown in following:
