Two template template argument bugs ?

Thanks for the bug report.  There are patches available to fix these bugs
in case you need it.  The first bug should be fixed by the patch at

while the patches

and
	http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/1999-09/msg00606.html
should fix your second test case.
