gcc 2.95.2 gcc2.8.1 on m68k-motorola-sysv

I built egcs-1.1.2 (2.91.66) pretty much straight out of the box for
m88k-motorola-sysv4 with the native as.  I only had to modify two calls to
gettimeofday and remove the second argument.  Since this is fairly
similar, I would give egcs-1.1.2 a try.  It is much improved over
gcc-2.8.1.  Good luck.
