Well dwarfout.c doesn't define UNALIGNED_WORD_ASM_OP.  Yes, I think it should,
though given that dwarf1 and coff both are only supported for C and not C++, I
dunno how much effort you want to put into it.  At the least, all of the common
macros between dwarf{,2}out.c should be moved somewhere, maybe defaults.h.
