Need your help.

[Prasad, Sreenivasa]

Because of shortage in disk space under /  I installed the three subsets 
TWWGCC29BIN505, TWWGCC29LIBR505 and TWWGCC29MAN505 under /usr.

With this installation what setting changes do I need to make?

Then mamke sure you installed them in the correct location.

These are not GCC options.  These are options for configuring GCC,
when building from the sources.
