I'd already fixed the first but hadn't checked it in.  I'll get the others
while I'm at it.  Thanks for noticing.

Enh, read "not supported" as "not enabled" in that message.  We're currently
eliding lists of libraries to not build by adding them to the list of
libraries that /can't/ build, and letting that mechanism do all the work.
The first four libraries get turned on/off as a group depending on whether
you build Java; the last one just means that the CHILL compiler isn't
enabled.  Not a bug.
