Problems building gcc-2.95.2 on SGI Indy Irix 5.3

This probably means there's some bug in the bootstrap compiler you're
using.  Try to use some pre-compiled version of GCC 2.95.2 instead.

It is no longer a separate tarball, and will be installed along with
GCC in the regular build process.
