warning regression in cp-demangle.c

Hi Alex,

I believe your recent change to cp-demangle.c caused the following
warning regression:

 > libiberty/cp-demangle.c: In function `result_add_separated_char':
 > libiberty/cp-demangle.c:395: warning: promoted argument `character'
 > 			     doesn't match prototype
 > libiberty/cp-demangle.c:200: warning: prototype declaration

Using `char' in a prototype with an old style function defintiion
works in gcc as an extension, but some ANSI compilers will flat out
reject it.  I think if you change the type of parameter `character' to
int that should fix it.  Would you please take care of this?
