libstdc++ testsuite problem on mips-sgi-irix6.5

I have been having a look at mips-sgi-irix6.5/mabi=64/libstdc++/testsuite
directory in the 20000807 snapshot.  

The testsuite doesn't test the -mabi=64 libraries, but rather the default
-n32 ABI (for a second time).  No ABI options are passed to the compiler and
consequently all the executables are the default  N32.
