egcs-20000426: ICE 19990828 compiling C++ sources

I'm got internal compiler errors:

Internal compiler error 19990828.

compiling 2 sources with gcc-2.96 20000426. I'm including original and
preprocessed sources and also output of gcc in attachment.

System:		Linux kernel  2.3.99-pre6
		binutils-2.9.1.0.25
