static attributes, STL and debugging.

Hi, 
I encountered an internal compiler error when trying to compile a
file with debug symbols. The attached file is a minimal file
triggering the bug.

Version: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
System: i686 with RedHat Linux 6.1 and 6.2 (same behaviour on both versions)
Commandline: c++ -ggdb -O3 -fno-gcse -funroll-loops  -c bug.cc
