(experimental)) says

foo.cc: In function `int main ()':
foo.cc:54: `rc_cast' undeclared (first use this function)
foo.cc:54: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each
foo.cc:54: function it appears in.)
foo.cc:54: parse error before `>'

so it appears the bug has been fixed.
