egcs-20000418: Internal compiler error compiling libg++

Hi!

I got internal compiler error compiling libg++/src/Fix.cc in libg++ with
egcs-20000418 (updated from CVS about 01:00 UT today, April 19th)

I applied to libg++-2.8.1.3-20000312 slightly modified patches posted recently
by Alessandro Oliva to gcc-patches (modified as not all occurences of and(),
or() and xor() were excluded from Integer.h)
