ICE in Build gcc-ss-20000411

In building gcc-ss-20000411 on an i686-linux-gnu box with 

BOOT_CFLAGS=-O3 -march=pentiumpro -funroll-loops -fomit-frame-pointer
-fstrict-aliasing -fforce-mem -fforce-addr -ffast-math -malign-double

I get:

I've tried to attached a uuecoded bzip2'd copy of com.i, but it keeps
getting rejected from the list (I sent com.s as a followup); if
anybody wants a copy, just let me know.
